Marshall Tarley

Vice President

“I have dedicated my life to enriching the potential and success of leaders and serving as a guide and catalyst for individuals reaching higher levels of self-actualization.”

Marshall has been a leader and a catalyst for change. He has worked with executives to develop their leadership capabilities and cultivate new skills, often focusing on emotional intelligence, and using discoveries in neuroscience as a foundation. Utilizing DCG techniques,

his work has been transformational, going beyond skill acquisition to provide knowledge and insights that are unknown to many and unused by others. His executive coaching identifies strengths that leaders often overlook and pinpoints behaviors that must be modified or enhanced in order for that executive to reach those levels of achievement they are seeking.

Marshall has held executive roles in banking, music-industry, intellectual property and entertainment. His innovations, in the businesses he’s managed and in those he’s consulted to, have brought culture change, revenue enhancements and cost saving efficiencies that ignite employee engagement.

His work has spanned diverse business disciplines, though he is best known for leadership development, executive coaching, quality through process innovation, organizational development, self-managed teams, a doctrine of leadership at every level and Agile.V2, the customization of Agile to create change and harmony to fit each unique environment. Marshall has led organization-wide GRI™ initiatives, delivering millions of dollars in cost savings. He has led GRI™ Workshops at Con Edison, ASCAP, JP Morgan Chase and other organizations.

He is the co-founder and president emeritus of the USA Memory Championship, and proud of the upcoming memory research he and Tony Dottino will be working on with neuroscientists at MIT’s McGovern Brain Institute. Marshall is also executive producer of Discovery Science Channel’s 2013 television show, Memory Games.
