As a leader in today’s business world, you have reached 24/7. It occurs to you that there isn’t a 25/8 and  that you don’t have all the answers you need to help your organization meet it's goals. You know that ideas and commitment from your employees would be a real help, but you’re not getting either. The paradox is your employees want to have input into their work and are equally stressed to the limit. They have thoughts to share and they want to feel they’re making a valued contribution to your company. It sounds like an ideal match. But the reality for most companies is that the match isn’t happening and both groups are wondering when the other will “get it”.

The BrainSmart Leader workshop gives you proven skills to make the match happen as you learn how to evaluate time you are spending vs. time you are investing. It provides you practical techniques to engage the thinking of the people in your organization and focus that thinking on improving your business’ performance. You’ll learn skills to align your organization with your critical business goals, bridge communication gaps, tap into the workforce’s creativity, prioritize work activities to be proactive, and produce tangible, measurable improvements. By time this workshop is completed, you will have a simple proven (brain-friendly) methodology that produces results in a timely manner.

The program is based on the book "The BrainSmart Leader" (Gower 1999) by Tony Buzan, Tony Dottino and Richard Israel, which presents the latest information on the business brain as applied to leading Global Corporations. The book reveals case studies of documented results of how BrainSmart Leaders have impacted their company’s bottom line.
