Bio:

Jennifer Shull has extensive experience in leadership positions in health care and has a steady record of high success rates in these roles. Early in her career Jennifer was immediately, and continues to be, drawn to leadership, working with people. She sees it has her true calling, and something for which she is very grateful. For Jennifer, everything in a hospital or any team must allow people to remain focussed on the mission. Setting aside egos and working through love are the chief mechanisms in maintaining this aim.

One of the things Jennifer has enjoyed most throughout her career has been watching those around her excel and perform beyond expectations. She remains humble through success and believes firmly in surrounding herself with people who she cares about and admires. Notably, Jennifer acknowledges her mother and her upbringing as the primary influence on her growth as a person, and into what she does, and how she does it today.
