Business Consultant and GRI Facilitator
James Kalinowski graduated from the State University of New York with a degree in Business Administration and received management training at The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania. Jim spent eleven years with British Airways where he rose to the position of Sales and Marketing Manager, USA Region. In the five years in this position, he helped British Airways more than double the USA revenue, from $1.2 billion to $2.5 billion. Profitability increased as well, beginning at only 15% of British Airways’ overall profit to 100% in the fifth year, making up for losses in other regions. Much of the achievements were accomplished using DCG principles and instruction, after Jim recognized the need to redirect the activities of the front line sales force of over 150 individuals.
Jim Left British Airways at the top of their game in 1999. He has worked in consulting with Dottino Consulting since then. Jim’s passion is in keeping up with the latest research on the brain and how it works. His five children all train in memory competitions and his two oldest have competed in the USA Memory Championship, leading them to appearances on many television shows. Jim is happily married to his beautiful and supportive wife Maureen.
