The BrainSmart Leader is designed to stress the
emergence of a new type of leader, one who applies the latest
thinking on the brain and applies it to business situations.
It’s a leader who stresses the importance of linking
communication to company goals while at the same time building the
teams’ thinking skills, their ability to learn and adapt to an
ever changing work environment and to be responsible for their own
destiny. All of this
culminating in an exponential growth of the company’s most
important resource – it’s human assets.

Mind
Maps were created by Tony Buzan in 1970 based upon his research
on the method used by the human brain to learn, store and recall
information.
Mind Maps capture on paper the thought patterns used by the
brain for all of the following applications: organizing thoughts
effectively, storage and recall of information, utilization of both
sides of the brain, generation of creative ideas, and the linkage of
existing thoughts and new ideas.

Team
building is becoming the major vehicle for companies that realize
that PEOPLE working as a holistic unit provide the greatest
competitive advantage for succeeding in the next century.
However, teams have not always produced measurable results.
The Process Innovation Through Teams
(PITT) workshop uses a unique approach in teaching the
critical skills that must be mastered for a team to produce measured
business results. It
consists of an integration of a structured methodology, creativity
tools and team-building skills using participant work activities as
the basis for learning and change.
