Richard Israel is the Vice President of Dottino Consulting Group. He is a consultant, trainer, speaker and writer. Mr. Israel has written eight books on the integration of leading-edge brain research with business, including The BrainSmart Leader, co-authored with Tony Dottino and Tony Buzan and is a partner in Quicksilver, an international consulting firm. Mr. Israel has twenty-five years of experience in training salespeople on four continents in improving their sale productivity.

Robert McGarry is the president of Sextant Consulting Group, LLC, a management consulting firm that helps organizations achieve breakthrough performance by aligning their goals, processes, and people. Mr. McGarry has been an associate of Dottino Consulting Group since 1997.

A graduate of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, Mr. McGarry has over 20 years of leadership, management, and consulting experience. His clients include local, state, and federal agencies, foreign government agencies, and private industry. His blend of operational and human resources experience coupled with his knowledge of the latest brain research has helped him produce positive sustainable changes for his clients.

Jackie Sulé has been an associate of Dottino Consulting Group for over five years. As DCG has grown, so has her role in the company. Ms. Sulé has been a client developer and is now also in charge of special projects for the team.

A scholarship student at Temple University, Ms. Sulé received a special award from the University President at graduation for her outstanding achievements in writing. She has brought to DCG a communications and creative writing background which includes scripting for the Friars Club, Dial-A-Joke, television and corporate "roasts" and for many sports and show business celebrities. Aside from DCG, Ms. Sulé has represented distinguished authors, politicians, associations, consulting companies and public relations firms.
