Mr. Dottino is the founder and national chairman of the USA Memory Championship. This event has been featured on national television shows such as CNN, NBC’s Today Show, CBS’s Good Morning America, Fox News as well as major magazines and newspapers.
Mr. Dottino, Mr. Buzan and Richard Israel have co-authored two books, The BrainSmart Leader and Grass Roots Leaders: The Brainsmart Revolution in Business, which focus on how to harness the awesome capacity of the human brain…a challenge which is echoed by many CEOs to be considered a mandatory requirement of the new millennium. The books contain a number of case studies from a variety of industries that have utilized his services to create a change in culture by unleashing the creativity of their workforce.
Aside from the NY Times, Mr. Dottino has been featured in Investor’s Business Daily, Business News, USA Today, Newsweek, Vogue, and Human Capital magazines, as well as a number of television and radio programs.
Before becoming president of DCG, Mr. Dottino had a distinguished career with IBM receiving numerous prestigious awards which included the Chairman's Award for Management Excellence and the President’s Award for Innovation and Teaching Excellence.
Mr. Dottino is a member of the New York Academy of Sciences, American Association for the Advancement of Science, International Accelerated Learning organization, and is certified as a professional business consultant by the National Consultant’s Bureau. Mr. Dottino is an honors graduate from St. Peter’s College, where he earned a B.S. in Accounting. He has attended numerous IBM management development courses and completed extensive training in the IBM Worldwide Consulting practice. Mr. Dottino regularly attends conferences to keep abreast of the latest research on the human brain.
