Philosophy

 Anything an organization accomplishes is through a process, whether the process is a formal or informal one.  Over time, these processes often become flawed or unproductive as organization members become so used to being busy that they lose sight of how they use their time.  Our work with clients has consistently shown that 25-30% of the work done in an organization is done to address mistakes, problems or activities not related to the company's goals.  By teaching people analytical skills they will begin to question why they do things the way they do and start identifying opportunities for improvement.  Workers will come forward with solutions not problems and the obstacles to productivity will be eliminated.  Our Process Innovation Through Teams (PITT) and BrainSmart Leader workshops serve to provide to provide these needed skills.

 

We will work with managers and their teams to give them the skills to analyze the work they are doing, ensure it is aligned with the company's critical business goals, identify areas to improve and produce tangible, measurable changes.  DCG has proven methodologies with our Process Innovation Through Teams (PITT) and BrainSmart Leader workshops that produce results in a timely manner, is repeatable and doesn't require the continued involvement of consultants.  In addition, we will work with the executive team to establish the support system to ensure sustainability.
