Sandra’s hybrid training over more than 30 years as an entrepreneur, C-level line manager and a senior-level advisor make her a tremendous asset to individuals and organizations alike. Insightful, incisive, and proactive, Sandra is able to quickly identify which areas offer the greatest leverage and use these points to deliver lasting results.

Having successfully launched several businesses, and building on her core training in business disciplines, a strong background in packaged goods and a decade of marketing consulting assignments, she has the wisdom and communications skills to work effectively with business leaders.

Prior to joining BLI, Sandra served as CEO of Talbott Teas, successfully launching this premium company prior to its sale to Jamba Juice (considered one of the great early successes on the entrepreneurial TV hit, The Shark Tank).  She began her marketing career in brand management at Kraft/General Foods, then took over as Marketing Director at Godiva Chocolatiere, after which she held a succession of Marketing and General Management positions at manufacturing companies, consulting firms and marketing agencies.

Selected clients have included: Bayer, Citicorp, Columbia University, Infosys, Johnson & Johnson, Kraft, Lever, Ocean Spray, Reckitt –Benkiser, 
 Showtiime, The Smithsonian Institute, Tweezerman International and The US Mint.  Sandra has worked internationally in Europe, India and South Africa.

Sandra received her BA from Douglass College (Rutgers University) and her MBA from Boston University’s Graduate School of Management.  She is an Adjunct Lecturer at Fordham’s Graduate School of Management.

She has been recognized by the marketing industry with the “Star” Award from Kraft for her work in engineering a turnaround for its Jello Brand, an Effie for extraordinary volume performance on Minute Rice and the Agency of the Future Award from Adweek Magazine.  She currently serves on the Leadership Committee of the Marketing Executive Networking Group (MENG) and, before it’s sale, served on the Advisory Committee for the Board of FEGS, one of the largest and most diversified not-for-profit health and human services organizations in the US.  She is a sought-after speaker for events and conferences and has judged global awards programs.
